At Pets Are Kids, we understand that finding the perfect fit for your stylish companion is essential. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of pet hair and odors to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
